Samantha came to the ukulele in the summer of 2013, and her main interest in the instrument is classical ukulele. She is especially keen on the campanella style. Apart from establishing the Sherborne Ukulele Noodle, Samantha’s book of traditional Scottish folk songs arranged for ukulele was published by Schott in July 2015. She also publishes her own series of ebooks in “the Little Book of…” series which so far includes arrangements of pieces by Sor, Carcassi, Giuliani and Carulli. The books, in easy to read ukulele tab, include notation, study notes and suggested right and left hand fingerings. The Little Book of Songs and Sea Shanties are folk tunes from around the world.
